We try to be flexible if you or we need to cancel classes. Please read the following policies carefully:
Cancellation by you
Two-week trial period (for new participants only):
We offer a two-week trial period for children attending our classes for the first time. If you cancel before the third lesson, we will refund the remaining amount within 10 business days after we receive your written cancellation request (via email or our contact form). Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
Please note: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to class:
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the first or second class, full cost of that class is non-refundable.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the third class or later, the full amount of the course will not be refunded.
Important: This trial period and refund policy applies to new participants only. If your child has already taken a course or taken trial lessons with us, no refunds or trial lessons will be offered on subsequent enrollments. We assume that your child is already familiar with the structure of the course and is ready to continue learning with confidence.
Cancellation by "Bricks and Robots"
We reserve the right to cancel classes for reasons such as insufficient enrollment, overbooking, location unavailability, or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, parents/guardians will be notified by email, and missed classes will be refunded on a prorated basis.

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or government actions), classes may be canceled without the right to a refund. We will communicate any changes in such cases as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy and trial period apply only to on-site classes and not to online classes.
